Leoprinting is “the king of promotions.” This printer prints company logos and other graphics on everything from notebooks and pens to backpacks, bluetooth speakers and powerbanks. They operate in 10 European countries. One of their challenges was that by far the most revenue came from new customers. In fact, existing customers rarely bought again. Gradient partnered with Leoprinting to change this.
The solution for Leoprinting consisted of two parts. First, we set up a nice retargeting architecture through various advertising channels. With this, we are bringing Leoprinting and its products back to the attention of existing customers and past buyers. In addition, the same structure was built in Hubspot to (re)activate existing and former customers via email as well. Gradient works with Leoprinting on an ongoing basis to optimize these campaigns, discover new segments and capitalize on new opportunities.
With this approach, Gradient has ensured substantial growth in sales, especially from existing and former clients. With that, the ratio of existing to new sales has also become a lot healthier.
