You are entrepreneurial and have extensive experience in digital marketing and consulting.

You have a servant mentality, towards clients and Gradiator teams. You are always in your “how can I help” mode.

Your default mode is of the inventive kind, coming up with solutions that are “likely” to work immediately.

You are “fresh-sour,” in the critical sense of the word, always thinking “how can we make this better.

– Apply in-depth CRM expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of CRM systems, data management and platforms, optimize to achieve maximum customer engagement and retention for customers
– Data-driven work: You will analyze customer data to gain insights, improve segmentation and design and execute personalized marketing campaigns….
– Integration execution: You understand how CRM relates to other digital channels and create seamless customer experiences by integrating CRM with other digital marketing tools.
– Campaign Design: You will design and create effective and responsive email marketing campaigns using things like A/B testing, automation and data and behavioral triggers.
– Vision and strategy development: You devise long-term growth visions for CRM and translate them into strategies and plans for execution, responding to relevant trends and technologies.

You are a broad-based specialist who advises clients to get more from their customer base, helping them grow. While mastering the depths of CRM and Marketing Automation, you also function as a Growth Marketer, the content power on accounts. You can optimize a B2B customer journey by personalizing contact moments and making them more relevant through the use of data insights. You will master another marketing specialty in addition to CRM and retention marketing in order to achieve integrated marketing strategies and campaigns. To this end, you will work with Content, Performance and Pipeline Marketers, Strategists and Business Consultants. All this on both client and pre-sales trajectories.
