You can expect a Gradient Lead to actively apply the Gradient values in practice and propagate them in the form of “Gradient-branded behavior,” to all Gradiators, clients and our community. Leading by doing is what we call it.

– You are Bold: comes up – together with fellow Gradiators – with new growth ideas for clients.

– You are Entrepreneurial: will be at the forefront of the fight and on a daily basis help fellow Gradiators within the pods to deliver the best work on clients. With a focus on revenue growth for clients and thus for Gradient.

– You have a Servant mentality towards clients and Gradiator teams. You are always in your “how can I help” mode.

– You are Inventive: quickly, and creatively, coming up with solutions that are “likely” to work immediately.

– You are Fresh Sour: in the critical sense of the word, always thinking “how can we make this better.

– You are responsible for the development and periodic (quarterly) optimization of growth plans and strategies for customers, resulting in revenue growth for the clients.
– You are the owner of and ensure the continuous development of the Gradient Growth Recipe for customers and the knowledge and skills level of this among all Gradiators.
– You are responsible for the content of new business proposals.
– You are an ambassador for the Gradient Growth Recipe, actively promoting it both internally and externally to Gradiators, prospects (potential customers and employees), and the Gradient community.

– 5-8 years’ experience in strategy consulting with leadership experience.
– Strong conceptual thinking abilities with excellent soft skills and a sense of teamwork.
– Extensive experience with martech applications and Generative AI tools within digital marketing.
– Customer focused with a proven track record of understanding customer needs and designing customized solutions.
– Data-driven with experience in data analysis and visualization.
– Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
– Self-motivation and ability to work independently and achieve goals.
