You are made for the role of Team Lead Saas portfolio if you have to grin at the word “Boldness. In the sense of Pippi Longstocking, then. “Never done it before, so I think I can do it.” That is our motto, that is what we live by. But also:

You are entrepreneurial and have extensive experience in digital marketing and consulting.

You have a servant mentality, towards clients and Gradiator teams. You are always in your “how can I help” mode.

Your default mode is that of inventiveness, you quickly devise solutions that are “likely” to work.

You are “fresh-sour,” in the critical sense, always thinking “how can we make this better.

Growing our clients within our SaaS client portfolio by delivering quality work with your team of Content,- Performance,- and Pipeline Marketers. You will work with the leaders at B2Bs and be responsible for their revenue growth. To your team, you are a boss, a lead who operates as a cooperating foreman/woman ultimately responsible for strategy, customer-delivery (NPS), commerce and hr.

– More than 3 years in a leadership role
– Specialist marketing knowledge within SaaS
