You are “fresh-sour,” in the critical sense of the word, always thinking “how can we make this better.

Lead the transformation of our clients’ marketing systems. They repair. They turn into profitable revenue machines. By building strategy, but also by inspiring clients and fellow Gradiators. You will also be one of the driving forces behind the Gradient Academy, the accelerator of our long-term intellectual growth.

– Excellent credentials
– More than 5 years strategy/account lead role at an agency, or
– Over 5 years of B2B product / brand management on customer side
– Relevant academic degree or are of that level
